Do I need a medical card or anything else to make a purchase?

Nope! The only thing you need is to be over 21 years old to purchase our cannabis products.

How does shipping work?

Carolindica sends out shipments to all 50 states Monday-Friday via USPS. Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time on business days will be sent out the very same day. Orders received later in the day or on weekends will go out the following business day. Most orders arrive 2-4 business days after the submission of the order.

Orders greater than $100 receive FREE SHIPPING!

Orders greater than $150 receive FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING!

Are there any shipping restrictions?

While many of our products can ship to all 50 states, there are restrictions for Delta 8 & THCO products in a select few states. Due to current state restrictions, Delta 8 and THCO products cannot be shipped to the following states:

Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, and Vermont.

As long as you are not trying to ship Delta 8 or THCO products to one of the states mentioned above, you can purchase anything on our website!

How do payments work? Do I have to give you my bank or credit card information?

We understand your financial information is sensitive and we know you don't give it out to just anybody. All purchases on our website are processed by Square, one of the largest payment processors in the world. Your sensitive financial information is handled by Square, who then gives us the money. What happens if there are issues with my order?

Carolindica sends out hundreds of orders each month, and while we do our absolute best to ensure the accuracy of each individual order, we understand that sometimes things can slip through the cracks. In the small chance that there are any issues with your order, please just reach out to us and we will fix them for no charge! If we ever make a mistake, rest assured that we will fix it!

What is Carolindica's relationship to Ahven LLC?

You may have seen the company name Ahven LLC in different places and wondered who that was. To put it simply, it's us! Ahven LLC is the official registered company behind Carolindica, owned and operated by the same individuals that you interact with here. Technically, Carolindica is a registered brand of ours, called a DBA (Doing Business As). Therefore, our official company name is "Ahven LLC dba Carolindica." Over time, you can expect to see other brands and products coming out of Ahven LLC, but the team behind it all will always be us!
